The Light Perspective
A column that gives a voice to those who think about light, design it and live it.
What is ‘The Light Perspective’?
“The Light Perspective” is an editorial column curated by Spacecannon with the aim of giving space and visibility to the protagonists of lighting design. It is not about products or portfolios.
It is about people: their journeys, their ideas, and the visions that drive their way of working with light.
A space dedicated to telling the story of the craft and the passion, beyond promotional logic.
Why this project was created
In the world of technical and corporate communication, people are often overlooked. With ‘The Light Perspective’, we want to reverse this perspective: to recognise the human, creative and intellectual value of those who work every day to shape light.
The goal is simple: to create an authentic, inspirational and open editorial archive. A lively, accessible space where established and emerging professionals can share their reflections, experiences and thoughts on the role of light today.
How it works
The interview is conducted in a simple manner, via email or form.
We share a list of 15 questions, from which you are free to choose your 5 favourites.
No filters, no commercial agenda. Just an editorial space designed to tell who you are and how you think about light.
The interviews are published on the Spacecannon blog, promoted on social media channels and reposted, where possible, in collaboration with trade associations or industry media.
